Established in 1990, Gemadept Corporation started-up its business together with the country. The Corporation became the pioneer to bring container services into Vietnam and connect the first maritime routes to the international markets. Today, Gemadept is a leading brand in the Port Operation and Logistics industry of Vietnam.
The year of 1993 marked a new development chapter for the Corporation when it became one of the first three enterprises selected by the State for pilot equitization. By 2002, Gemadept reached the next milestone when becoming one of the first public listed companies in Vietnam.
