KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Principle accountabilities of this position:
- Responsible for the setting-up, administration, and configuration of Maximo.
- Clear understanding of data and configuration dependencies.
- Proficiency in the following Maximo modules: Assets, Meters, Locations, PMs, Job Plans, Resources, Security, Failure Codes, Work Order Tracking, Inventory, Item Master, Purchase Requisitions, & Purchase Orders.
- Develop and maintain accuracy of Work Order related data ensuring consistency
- Adding equipment to PM plans, schedules, and procedures
- Support management in the Quality Assurance review of WO Data accuracy such as Equipment on WOs, Booked Hours (Employee and Vendors), WO type, closing codes and WO Comments
- Support management in the scheduling and assigning of work. Manage work orders in the system, ensure proper creation, planning, update, and closure of work orders
- Provide technical and procedural direction and/or support to all Maximo users.
- Coordinate with supplier to solve Maximo problems.
- Responsible for making changes to the Maximo hierarchy adding locations and equipment as directed.
- Prepare training documentation updates.
- Implement, configure, operate, and maintain IBM Maximo Application System.
- User Additions and Changes, and Deletions
- Approve user access requests
- Audit Maximo system.
- Audit asset inventory.
- Audit preventive maintenance on assets
- Serve as primary contact for Maximo based applications for System Users and IT support.
- Generate, Develop, Support and maintain Business Intelligence Report System reports; run queries and create ad hoc reports.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues as needed.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline preferred
- Candidate should have minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience working in system administration
- Maximo administration experience preferred
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, Data Analysis, SQL)
- Deep knowledge of Maximo applications, including Assets, Inventory, Preventative Maintenance, Purchasing, & Work Orders preferred
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Clear understanding of Maximo from the user point of view; ability to administer and configure the database and applications, including implementation, security setup, maintenance development, upgrade, and customization
- Working knowledge of enterprise asset and work management processes; oracle database, SQL script, and JDBC applications preferred
- Experience in application Maximo Asset Management application environment
- English: TOEIC 500
