The 2018 Middle Managers Training Course was applied to Gemadept’s employees at Head Office (HO) and Gemadept Shipping (GSC) last 14 weeks from 22/08/2018 to 16/11/ 2018 ended with positive results, not only brings attendees useful management and operating skills but also improves their critical thinking skills.

This program is an important part of the plan to build a professional and happy working environment outlined by Gemadept at the 2018 Business and Production Conference.
The training course “Customer care skills” has been, is and will continue to be an annual course focused on teaching and updating the entire Comapny’s staff in order to build a team of employees with a working attitude of “customer care” in all working processes from internal to external.
