Key Responsibilities

1. Sales (20%)

  • Approach customers, sell services, search and develop new services
  • Negotiate, draft and sign contracts
  • Monitor and be responsible for personal sales output

2. Customer care (20%)

  • Implement and coordinate support work for sales
  • Support in handling and resolving arising issues
  • Measure and collect customer feedback on services, quality and prices
  • Maintain, care for customers, develop relationships with traditional and potential new customers to ensure the company’s service quality

3. Market research (20%)

  • Find vendors with good service and prices
  • Plan and monitor vehicle and vendor coordination

4. Operation coordination (20%)

  • Collect information, coordinate with relevant parties such as customers, ports, depots, etc. to send the ship departure list to the operation coordination staff
  • Coordinate to handle issues related to customs procedures for direct customers and shipping lines

5. Other related tasks (20%)

  • Confirm output and revenue with customers and departments
  • Review and remind debt collection, minimize risks
  • Notify problems, propose solutions and implement new and improved processes as requested by the Department Head
Candidate Requirements
  • University degree or higher
  • At least 1 year in a similar position
  • Skilled in foreign trade,
  • Ability to communicate and work in English.
  • Knowledge of transportation, import and export, marketing
  • Ability to communicate well, work under high pressure, and focus on work results for a common goal.
  • Ability to handle work flexibly
