Resolution of annual shareholders’meeting – 2006

On May 15^th 2006, the General Forwarding and Agency Cooperation (GEMADEPT) held the annual shareholders’ meeting.

The meeting ratified some resolutions with details as follows:

• Board of Control’s report
• Production and trade plan of 2006
• Investment project for Dung Quat Port
• Share issuance project
