Personnel change notice

On 8 November 2010, Gemadept Corporation sent an official dispatch No.209/CBTT to the State Securities Commission of Vietnam, Hochiminh Stock Exchange, Vietnam Securities Depository – Hochiminh City Branch to announce that Mr. Le Ngoc Quang left the post of Deputy General Director of Gemadept Corporation as of 6 November 2010 due to retirement.  

Besides Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, in 2010 Gemadept also paid retirement allowances to some of its staff who reached the retirement age according to legal regulations.
