Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct feasibility study & functional requirement study of IT solution projects.
  • Collect user requirements, recommend solutions on system customization or business process to fit the business needs of user department.
  • Carry out solutions design & prepare design documentation if required.
  • Supervise the work of vendor to deliver quality IT solution projects.
  • Perform project management of IT solution projects.
  • Facilitate post-implementation support inclusive of implementing on-going system enhancement aligning the priority & direction set out by user department.
  • Evaluate and recommend IT tools & technologies to solve business/technical problems encountered.
  • Act as technical advisor to user department.
  • Plan and conduct training for user department.
  • Provide 2nd or 3rd level support.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree – Information Technology / Computer Science / Information Systems / related field.
  • Business process analysis.
  • System requirement specification.
  • Basic database and data modeling knowledge.
  • Understanding of API and system integration.
  • Tools: Visio / Draw.io or similar; basic SQL.
  • 3–5 years in system analysis, business analysis, or IT solution implementation.
  • Experience working with software development teams preferred.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Problem solving.
  • Communication and documentation skills.
