Information of transferring GEMADEPT tower

On March 29, 2013, Gemadept Corporation received the official letter No.402/2013/SGDHCM-NY of Hochiminh Stock Exchange requesting us to confirm and make public announcement for information concerning the transfer of Gemadept Tower. We would like to explain about the issue as follows:
