General director appointment

GMD Board of Management accepted the resignation of Mr Pham Tien Tinh and agreed to appoint Mr Do Van Minh – Deputy General Director, Member of The Board as new General Director to replace Mr Pham Tien Tinh from April 02 , 2007.
 
Mr Pham Tien Tinh is still the Member of The Board accordingly.
