Electrical Technician

• Maintaining the operation of machines and equipment.
• Performing maintenance or repair equipment equipment: QC cranes, RTG cranes, FCC cranes, forklifts, tractors.
• Coordinate with the technical team to check and repair according to the preventive maintenance plan.
• Monitoring the equipment maintenance and repairing plan performed by the subcontractor.
• Coordinate with the supplier, repair, warranty for equipment damage at the port.
• Proposing improvements about the electrical system of equipment to improve efficiency, cost-effective production, and maintenance.
• Responsible for repairing – troubleshooting of equipment during shift.
• Analysing and proposing the technical solutions to quickly handle electrical failures to put the equipment into operation as soon as possible.
• Issue repair reports and send them to management.

The ideal candidate will be required:

• Graduated from college or university in one of the majors in Electrical, Industrial Automation, Automatic Control, Mechatronics, Industrial Electrical or Control Engineering & Automation
• English: TOEIC 400
• Requires at least one year of maintenance experience in any ports, steel, and manufacturing plants.
• Have experience in maintenance and repair for port equipment such as: STS crane, RTG crane, is an advantage.
• Priority is given to candidates who are knowledgeable and have worked with PLC-Drive systems of Siemens, Yaskawa, Sauer – Danfoss, Fuji, ABB in the port system.
• Have knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, hydraulic system
• Requires knowledge and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics: electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, instruction.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Teamwork and work independently
• Skill in negotiation and conflict resolution including work planning, organizing, and guidance.
• Ability thinking and analyzing, decision making and problem-solving skills
