ELECTRICAL ENGINEER QC CRANE and SPREADER

• Responsible for the condition and reliability of QC Crane and Spreader. Ensure equipment are maintained properly to increased longevity and reliability. Ensure that have good knowledge about QC Crane and Spreader so that can handle failure quickly to put the equipment into operation in the shortest time.
• Prepare preventative maintenance or urgent maintenance plan for QC crane and Spreader.
• Prepare material and parts for spare or maintenance. Ensure material and spare part always available for repair and maintenance.
• Responsible for management and monitoring the QC crane status and Spreader each shift and monthly.
• Responsible for management the performance of QC Crane and each shift and monthly.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team and the shift duty team to inspect and maintenance QC crane and Spreader.
• Analyzing, giving technical solutions, and quickly troubleshooting the failures to put the equipment into operation as soon as possible.
• Coordinate with supplier, technical expert for commissioning, repairing, and warranty.
• Prepare repair reports and send it to manager.
• Propose and support the Maintenance Manager to develop the procedures and regulations of the Maintenance Department related to the QC Crane/ Spreader.
• Carry out training plan, internal training related to QC crane and spreader to improve skills and have timely backup.
• Other works as assigned by Technical Supervisor.
• Responsible for the data of QC Crane and Spreader is entered into CMMS system.

• Graduated from one of the major in Electrical, Industrial Automation, Automatic Control, Mechatronics, Industrial Electrical or Control Engineering & Automation.
• Have in-depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems, electronics, PLC, and inverter.
• Requires specific technical knowledge about maintenance and repair of equipment in the port such as QC Cranes, RTG Crane which is an advantage.
• Candidates who are knowledgeable and have worked with PLC-Drive systems of Siemens, Yaskawa, Sauer – Danfoss, Fuji, and ABB in the port system are preferred, especially Yaskawa.
• Requires at least two years of maintenance experience in any port, steel, and manufacturing plants.
• Teamwork and work independently.
• Skills in reading technical drawings: electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, manual instruction.
• Ability thinking and analyzing, decision making and problem-solving skills.
• English: TOEIC 450.
