On October 22, 2012, Lion Lord Corporation (55% chartered capital owned by Gemadept Corporation) received the dissolution approval from the Department of Planning and Investment. Lion Lord Corporation operated in restaurant and café. The shareholders mutually agreed to dissolve the company as a result of its ineffectiveness.
