JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Build a team development strategy in line with the business development strategy (10%)
  • Plan, design, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of capacity development programs for the team: training, coaching, mentoring, etc. (30%)
  • Build and implement a succession development program (30%)
  • Build and implement policies to attract, motivate, and engage the team (20%)
  • Develop corporate culture and learning culture for the team (10%)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Have experience working in a corporation of over 2,000 employees with nearly 20 member companies nationwide.
  • Background: University degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, majors related to port exploitation and logistics
  • Knowledge & Experience: at least 5 years of experience as a team development specialist in corporations of similar size
  • Sensitive in understanding people
  • Communication, presentation, teaching
  • Strategic thinking, system thinking
  • Planning and time management
  • English: proficient in listening, speaking, reading, writing skills
  • Passionate about the job, love developing people
  • Good motivation and self-discipline
  • Dynamic, flexible
