The exchange was very lively with topics divided into 4 and given to 4 groups so they can practice finding suitable solutions that are affecting the production and business situation of the unit, respectively:
- Group 1: Optimizing labor productivity
- Group 2: Growing revenue and profit
- Group 3: Complying wiht the labor displince process
- Group 4: Utilizing the use of assets – equipment
A lot of solutions were offered, with many people showed their determination and desire to contribute to improving the current situation. After the exchange, in addition to recognizing the solutions, especially for the most practical and feasible solutions in the current situation, the Organizing Committee also conducted awarding as a form of encouragement to the groups that had contributed.

In addition to finding the right solutions, the GMD people model with 6 core values and 9 cultural principles was also depicted so everyone can have the same awareness and acts in accordance with the Company's orientation. The cultural activity focused deeply on the values: Ethnicity, Pioneering, and Connecting, along with cultural principles divided into 3 topics respectively: Overcoming obstacles, Trusting and sharing responsibility, and the Leading Gene, heading to 'The way forward'.
