On July 27, 2023, Gemadept's Board of Directors and staff solemnly visited and offered incense and memorial wreaths at the Martyrs' Cemetery in Ho Chi Minh City, expressing their deep gratitude to the war veterans that heroically sacrificed themselves for the cause of national liberation and reunification.
With the tradition of "remembering the roots", on the occasion of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, happens on July 27 every year, people from all over the country still gather at the Martyrs' cemeteries to offer incense to commemorate the heroes who have sacrificed and dedicated their lives to the cause of national liberation and reunification.
During the years of arduous resistance war, millions of millions of excellent people of the Vietnamese nation fought bravely, sacrificing their youth and blood to regain independence and freedom for the Motherland. Thanks to them, Vietnamese people can now live a peaceful life and focus on building the country.

Joining the whole country on this special day, Gemadept's Board of Directors, employees and member companies solemnly visited Ho Chi Minh City Martyr’s Cemetery. Here, the delegation spent one minute of silence, offered incense sticks and wreaths to commemorate the merits of the martyrs.
The warm, fragrant incense that was lit not only warmed the heart of the souls, but also lights up more faith and pride for the next generation on the journey to make Vietnam further developed, prosperous and happy.
