Participating in the intensive psychology Coaching course in Da Lat last March, most managers were trained the coaching method to find out their own blind spots as well as assisted their subordinates in identifying blind spots and discovering what behaviors need change. However, for some cases, coaching for direct subordinates still faces obstacles due to lack of coaching skills.
Understanding this, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tinh – Deputy Manager of Human Resources in charge of Training, representing the Project Board of the Group went to each unit to specifically instruct and simplify the appropriate coaching method in the current period. Gemadept's subsidiaries in Hai Phong participated in the general guidance session in the afternoon of June 26th, at the large meeting room of Nam Hai Port with more than 70 managers.
With the high concentration of all members, and documents and methods that were drafted by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tinh in a concise manner, most of the attendees felt more confident and ready to finish the first coaching plan of the training project.
