Following the Leader mindset courses in Vung Tau and Yen Tu in October 2018, this year Conference has dedicated 1.5 days to the training program of intensive psychological coaching skills. The training course helps to equip knowledge and techniques for each manager to self-coach themselves and then coach their subordinates on how to identify "blind spots" – psychological barriers that limit the capacity of the individuals, thereby helping each person to self-regulate their own behavior as a premise for the internal development of each individual in the balance between family and work.
In the training program, the conference took time for the attending staffs to have the opportunity to get comments from direct superiors – peers – subordinates about behavior changes. The acts that need to change will be recorded in the Behavior Change Agreement with comments and signed by the direct management level. From this commitment, each attendee will work out their own action plan to change. After 6 months, the Human Resources department will coordinate with the Toppion consulting unit to evaluate changes according with committed behavior.
