Coaching leader mindset – changing paradigm of leadership

Coaching Leader Mindset – Changing paradigms of management and leadership. This is a program for the Leadership level. The program aims to change mindset and develop leadership skills for management staff of departments / units / branches in accordance with the Corporation's development strategy.

Towards the development of sustainable human resources and an effective professional working environment, Gemadept Corporation has implemented the HR Strategy Consulting Project with 2 consulting companies Toppion and Talentnet.

After conducting interviews with H.O staff and member units, Toppion Consulting has completed a comprehensive assessment report on Gemadept's current situation according to 7S model and submitted it to the Board of Directors.

On the basis of those evaluation results, Toppion Corporation and Consulting Unit conducted the Training Course of Leader Mindset – Changing the model of management and leadership. This is a program for the Leadership level in practical model. The program aims to change mindset and develop leadership skills for management level of departments / units / branches in accordance with the Corporation's development strategy.

The training course is organized into 2 phases:

Phase 1: October 17-18, 2018 in Vung Tau

Phase 2: October 30 to 31, 2018 in Quang Ninh

The goal of the training is to shape the “Mindset” (Model) of a standard manager / leader; Directing the entire "Mindset" of the leadership and management team towards the same vision; Closely linking the management team emotionally and rationally in the unit to coordinate work; Stimulates new thinking abilities after crisis and change to embrace change; Improving thinking and management skills, leadership in the unit; Improve work motivation, overcome your own limit;

The training content includes many special psychological experiences using NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to help learners see clearly and honestly about themselves as a special psychological experience "Disorientation". : A stop to look back at the "journey" has gone through – What can be done for yourself, your family and your company? Orientation in the future? …; A special experience that explores a forgotten value: family, self and society. Awaken the most powerful motivation (love & direction) in each person…; Plan, test, monitor and make decisions in times of pressure; Experience a sense of responsibility and cooperation within the organization; Experience "GOAL DUCKS": Spirit of overcoming challenges; EXPERIENCE "BEYOND THE FATHER STEP": The spirit of overcoming personal limits & exploring hidden abilities.

Therefore, after this LM training course, each staff participant will write an article on the value gained after the course as well as an action plan committed to change 3 leadership behaviors. This commitment to change will be re-evaluated by Human Resources in coordination with the Consultant 6 months from the date of receipt of this action plan.
