On July 3rd, 2019, the representative of the BSC Group Project Board had a session to guide the implementation of BSC-KPIs for Phuoc Long Port. Within 60 minutes, Mr. Pham Quang Huy, on behalf of the Project Board, conveyed the most basic information about the BSC definition, the BSC implementation toolkit as well as proposing a real roadmap for implementing this plan.

Within 60 minutes, Mr. Pham Quang Huy, on behalf of the Project Board, conveyed the most basic information about the BSC definition, the BSC implementation toolkit as well as proposing a real roadmap for implementing this plan.
There were more than 30 management staffs attending the seminar including the Board of Directors and Deputy Heads of Departments of Phuoc Long Port. After listening to the instructions, many management officers expressed concerns about the feasibility of the project in current period. Understanding that mentality, Mr. Nguyen The Dung – Director of Phuoc Long Port shared his sincerity with learners. According to Mr. Dung: “The BSC project is actually very difficult and the most difficult one of the Gemadept’ projects. However, Phuoc Long port determined to do with the support of the Gemadept's Project Board ”.
The commitment and determination of the Board of Directors of Phuoc Long Port are a great motivation for the entire management team of the Unit to join hands with the Gemadept's Project Board to successfully implement BSC- KPIs.
