3. Selection procedure:

3.2 2nd stage:
- TOEIC testing and interview to understand students’expectation, identifying their actual competence and selecting qualified students

3.3 3rd stage:

+ Informing list of selected students and their supplementary file requested.
+ Inviting students to attend exchange program and scholarship granting ceremony.

4. Training program: Beginning of 2008.

5. Interest and commitment:

5.1 Interests:

- After being qualified as per selection procedure, students will be granted scholarship at vnd 1,000,000/month/each, helping to cover their schooling expense

- Attending professional training together with Gmd existing staff led by local and foreign experts, Ceo from big corporations

- Attending internal training about daily job directly guided by respective managers

- Being allowed to practice at the company for graduation. During that time students will enjoy some practice allowance

- Career promotion in line with the deployment of company big projects: Port projects, Logistics, Economic zones, Real estate, and Joint venture with local and foreign partners

- Participating in company activities as charitable visits, tourism, visiting tour…

- Officially recruited to work in the company and signing long term contract with terms and conditions regulated by Labour law

- Scholars are not obliged to return the total amount of scholarship in case being rejected by Gemadept

- In some cases Gemadept will consider to delay scholar’s commitment to work for the company in certain period of time due to reasonable reasons

5.2 Working salary will meet the following principles:

- Suitable to position and job assignment
- Suitable to working ability and competence
- Not lower than vnd 4,000,000/month for apprentices to recruit working for the company
- Salary will be considered to increase periodically and other policies of bonus, allowance according to active contribution of respective staff
- Having right to buy company preference shares as per company policy

5.3 Commitment

- Supplying all application file as per company request

- Working for Gemadept in the minimum time of 3 years. This is the time company expects from scholars who will be working for long with the company

- Scholars commit to do all the best in their study and maintain good average score of more than 6.5 in schooling semesters. When scholars fail to achieve the said commitment, Gemadept has the right not to sponsor for the following semesters and terminate their attendance in company training courses

- Scholars are obliged to return the scholarship and training expense in the following cases:

+ Disciplinary measure to terminate their schooling
+ Graduation refusal
( In some special cases the Company will reconsider )
